- Corner-only form factor — it looks awkward floated mid-room
Most ‘smart floor lamps’ are glowing sticks that look great in a dark room and do nothing for it. This one actually earns the word lamp: at 1000 lumens it can light a reading chair or brighten a dead corner on its own, with a full 2200–6500K white range for normal use.
Then you flip to RGBIC mode and the column becomes a slow-rolling gradient tower — sunset scenes, fireplace flicker, music-reactive pulses. The diffusion along the column is good enough that you see color, not individual LEDs.
Matter support is the sleeper feature: it onboards to Alexa, Google, and SmartThings without Govee-account gymnastics. The honest knock is placement — the whole design assumes a 90-degree corner, and pushed anywhere else it reads like a misplaced lightsaber. Also, this is real money compared to the strip lights it shares an app with, so buy it because you need the light, not just the vibe.
