ONEWISH Mushroom Lamp

This is the lamp your feed has been showing you for two years. The ONEWISH mushroom lamp is a straight homage to the swirled-glass Murano mushrooms that go for hundreds on vintage sites — and from more than arm’s length away, almost nobody can tell the difference.

The glass shade is the whole product. It’s translucent with that cloudy, hand-swirled pattern, so the light blooms through it softly instead of beaming out. Each one comes out slightly different, which is either charming or a quality-control shrug depending on your temperament. We found it charming.

The stepless dimmer matters more than it sounds. Fixed three-step lamps always seem to skip the exact level you want; here the dial glides from a faint ember glow to full, and the low end is genuinely low enough to use as a night light.

Manage expectations on scale and purpose: it’s a small accent lamp, roughly hand-height, and it will not light your novel. It lights a mood — a corner, a shelf, a nightstand. And it’s real glass, so if your household includes cats, toddlers, or clumsy adults, place it accordingly.
